Couples Resorts Return Policy?

Couples Resorts has a detailed return policy for their all-inclusive resorts in Jamaica. Guests must be 18 years or older to book and stay at any of their resorts. There is a minimum length of stay requirement on some dates, which can change at any time. Jamaican residents must provide valid Jamaican ID to receive resident benefits.

Payment and cancellation policies are crucial. For guests traveling to Couples Negril, Couples Swept Away, Couples Sans Souci, or Couples Tower Isle between Dec 25 – Jan 2, full payment must be completed 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival are subject to full penalties.

Travel protection is offered to guests who book directly with Couples Resorts. This must be purchased prior to or at the time of final payment. The Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion can be waived if the plan cost is received within 7 days of the initial payment or deposit.

Resort credits can be used for amenities such as room category upgrades, spa and salon services, private dinners, photos, telephone charges, wines, gift shop purchases, romance packages, and night snorkeling. However, resort credits cannot be used for scuba diving, casino tokens, off-site excursions, arts and crafts from outside vendors, private transfers, private cruises, mandatory vendor fees for outside photographers, or wedding and vow renewal ceremony-related fees.
